I brought a new bed and mattress from the store very helpful staff an brought a bedside cabinet on line again excellent service would highly recommend dreams

I had a urgent request for a single mattress. The urgency for delivery was crucial! Paul delivered my every expectation and more. I even received a free mattress cover. There would have been a very difficult situation had he not listened and not heard my urgency- so excellent service.

Very professional and helpful. Not rushed or made to feel we had to purchased and took time to go over products. Choices on product given. Product knowledge excellent. Very welcoming and respected social distancing. Felt very at ease.

The lady who served me was friendly, engaging and took the time to talk me through products that suit my needs. The one i selected is beautiful and very good value for money. An excellent all-round experience

I was very satisfied as my neighbour recommended how they both walked with a walking stick and thk s so much to emma the assistant she chose the perfect bed for my neighbor's. So because they were satisfied and myself also with serious back issue I also purchased a bed at dreams Emma in the Plymouth store was extremely helpful and very patient. Also very experienced at giving advice So therefore I thk tht just proves customer satisfaction.

Your staff were very helpful and very pleasent knew the products and followed goverment covid guidlines. The prices were very competitive.

Hand sanitize handy as we entered store which was nice. Nice welcoming staff and offer of a drink . Paul showed us the different storage bed colour's and headboards. Nice selection of beds colours available too. Must say Paul and Emma very nice . So overall a well satisfied visit.

Paul was absolutely fantastic. He greeted us as we entered, I explained I was wanting to see if I would prefer a medium or firm mattress. He took me to the Sleepmatch machine and talked me through what would happen. He was really nice and did not push me to make any decisions. After the sleepmatch he took me through several beds, all the while caring about my genuine needs and not how much money he’d be taking from me.
