Knowledgeable staff, I was able to choose exactly what was required.

Greeted straight away by Donna and asked if she could be of assistance, as we did not know what kind of mattress we needed she advised we could go in the sleep station which we did and she advised what mattresses it said would be best for us. We were shown them all, we went away to discuss what we thought we needed and went back a few hours later and purchased to be mattress we thought would be best for us Donna also advised of the 30 day exchange if we had not choosen the correct mattress.

We were very with the service could not have been more helpful.

We visited twice. Once to just look around and 2 days later we returned to buy a bed and mattress. The girl who served us was friendly, helpful and patient and printed out a quote for us for the bed and mattress we ended up buying. On our return to the store she answered some questions and helped us through the process of making a purchase.

Wanted a 400i but they only did headboard for 200i and 800i

Once I was able to get through to speak to your representative in customer services she was helpful and efficient in dealing with my query to enable my order to be progressed and quickly transferred me to a sales representative who was in your Plymouth branch that, at that time, was still open (just before the lockdown). He was very friendly and helpful, tried to upsell other stuff and clear about the restrictions in place because of Covid19 guidance. It was just unfortunate that it took many attempts to get through on the phone which up until success just gave a pre-recorded message and cut the line off both customer services and sales. The webchat service wasn't functioning.
