The gentleman who served me was professional, friendly and was immediately able to assist me with what I wanted. He wore facial protection because of the virus, and we kept the correct distance. He was extremely helpful and gave me a couple od items extra because of 'my valued custom' He could not have been more pleasant but knowledgeable! Thank you.

The salesman Paul was no less than excellent! Not pushy I’m any way but more than happy to spend with with me to ensure I had made the best purchase. He really is a credit to you, Well done Paul. His customer service skills were second to none. I could not think of a better sales man to give a 10/10 review to. By far the best salesman’s Dreams has...this man deserves a pay rise! Hopefully he is still working for dreams when I need my next mattress ... this is the only guy who I will be buying from. Thank you so much Paul, from one very happy customer :)

The experience was very good from the start, we felt safe in the store, there was good health and safety measures in place. The staff, Emma was very friendly helpful and accommodating, helping us with all our needs. Great customer service from her, she was honest and helped us to find the best mattress for us which we ended up buying along with some pillows that we tried out too.
