The experience could not have been better. The reason I was less positive about the things we ordered is that they proof of the pudding ... etc’ and we haven’t yet received our new bed!😀

The member of staff didn't pounce on us when we entered the shop but was most helpful when we required assistance. She didn't steer us towards the most expensive items but listened to our use of the selected product.

Assistant was very good, social distancing was good through the purchase. Cleaned everything down while I was in the store. Really good help with purchasing my product in store and good delivery time

Paula was amazing. Great knowledge, friendly and very professional. Approachable and great demeanour.. Not pushy and relaxed approach but in a very professional... Just what you need in a sales role.
