Great salesman took time to understand my requirements, and gave me several options as to I may be satisfied.

Paul welcomed my partner and I as soon as we walked in and asked if he could help us which we said yes and he did. He used his own knowledge as well and the sleep map machine in store to help us fins the right bed. We were able to take our time and Paul was sympathetic to the achs and pains that i have. He was also kind enough to offer us both a drink. Very happy with the service and would go back to the store again for future purchases

Paula was very friendly and immediately made us feel welcome in the store! She asked if we knew what we wanted and when we said we had no idea she put us on the sleepmatch. She then personally guided us around the store allowing us to try mattresses and pillows. Made the whole experience easy and guided us to the perfect mattress. The finance options are great and over a coffee it was a painless process and then I left feeling excited for the flexible delivery date of my new bed and mattress.

Paula put us at ease from the moment we stepped in the shop. She explained the process , gave us lots of information and allowed us to make an informed decision. It was fun to shop. It has taken us a while to purchase a mattress something we had not planned to do that day, but are extremely happy with the service we recieved.

The assistant was very knowledgable. Able to find the right mattress for me quickly. I was given ample time to try the mattresses... a varied choice.. I bought one at 50% off which was nice.. I was given free pillows too.. it was a pleasant shopping experience in the shop. And I will receive my mattress in 8 days from buying which is excellent ..

Our attendant Paul was very knowledgable and was able to swiftly recommend the best options for us. We were very pleased with the product we chose and are looking forward to taking delivery.
