The gentleman who assisted us with your purchase made the whole experience so fluid and easy, his knowledge of all the products made our decision very stress free

The assistants were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The sleep assessment unit gave confidence. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured and could go back over options as many times as we liked. Also happy that there is an option of exchanging if not comfortable after 30 days. Very professional service

We were going to another store in the city centre but traffic was so bad we decided to go out of town and then saw Dreams as we drove past. The assistant who looked after us was great she was called Paula, she was so helpful and from just looking I had the confidence to go ahead and place the order feeling confident I had made the right choice. My sister who will be looking to purchase a new bed in the future will also return to Dreams to place her order too.

I have previously shopped at Dreams and was very satisfied with the service I received then. I did alot of research on-line and made my decision on the items I wanted to buy prior to going into the store. Other stores did not have the attractive bed frame, the deals and the quality I was after. The assistant was very helpful and attentive to placing my order for me - I even got a cup of coffee!

Friendly, knowledgable and helpful member of staff. Took the time to understand our needs and recommend a suitable bed. Offered complete services, colours etc so we did not miss out on any offers or services which we later may have regretted! Very pleased with the help. Just a shame about the very long wait for delivery however, under the circumstances, I appreciate this cannot be helped.

The staff were very helpful and happy my toddler enjoyed exploring the store staff were chatting with him. Came away with a good deal can't wait for it to arrive next week.

All members of staff were very friendly especially Laura who assisted us to find the bed we wanted, she was very knowledgeable about the products and encouraged us to try different products to help us find what would suit our needs. Everything was kept clean and laid out well to be easily accessible.

The Sales Advisor (Robert) made initial contact with us after we'd spent a few minutes browsing beds to understand what we were looking for. He was very attentive in terms of listening to our aims and very knowledgeable about the products that met our needs, including that of recognising our favoured bed was an end of line item, that was no longer orderable, but did advise if we were happy to take the display model, then it could be discounted as well as being packaged into a special offer deal, since we were also looking for a mattress. His knowledge of the products was exemplary, offering various mattresses & pillows to test based on our desires & feedback to narrow things down to the exact items needed. When placing the order on the system, his integrity was excellent, ensuring that no corners were cut or items missed from being included in the discounted package that we were buying, whilst also ensuring explanations in terms of what was part of a package or discount were totally clear to us. His professionalism and customer service is a shining example for the front of house type of role.
