Very friendly and helpful staff during my visit to the store who helped me to be well informed when placing my order. Robert at the Plympton store was supportive, friendly and well informed

Great service and very helpful

The customer assistant was very helpful and polite. We had seen him at a different store and bumped into him at this store and both times he was friendly, courteous and trying to help us find the right bed. We can away happy with the choice we had made.

Paul was a great help, very knowledgable and the sleep analytical system was interesting and certainly changed our view of what we really needed to look for. The ability to change the matress after 30 days for no cost really helped to provide further confidence. The selected beds for the sleep analytic system and comparing with beds outside to the selected range really helped to define what was really the right choice. My only comment is that the selected beds did seem to be at the top end of the price range, this should really be a consdieration at the start.

Robert in the Plymouth store was extremely helpful and showed us to all the suitable beds which came from our results. He had lots of knowledge about them and helped us pick our perfect mattress. We felt no pressure to buy and we were made to feel very comfortable when making our purchase. Service was quick and we had lots of available delivery dates to choose from. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of our purchase.

We where allowed to browse without harassment until it was obvious we needed attention. The assistant did his best to enquire what our needs where and was able to offer a number of solutions for us to choose. Paperwork was at a minimum and the assistant was considerate and helpful.

Friendly and informative.

We were given just the right amount of time to browse before being approached (hate being pounced on and/or waiting for ages) and the staff made eye contact and smiled before approaching. Really friendly genuine staff member Jane. Told us options and listened to our needs. Explained what extras were available to help with our requirements.
