The staff were extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable on the product that we wanted to buy

Friendly staff we weren't sure what we wanted due to my disability. We were showed all the products and were left to discuss what was available over a coffee. All information was explained clearly and proffessionaly.

The assistant was attentive , without being pushy , professional and knowledgable . She explained everything very clearly and made my visit a comfortable and pleasant one

I visited twice and both times I was served by the same lady. She was very clear and didn’t talk fast. She knew what she was talking about with the beds and mattresses. The store had exactly what I was looking for.

We were looked after from start to finish, top service and plenty of choice for different mattresses

We were given time to browse and allowed to try the beds, pointed out where they were by staff and then helped by a very knowledgeable staff member.

The store was clean and tidy, Laura was very helpful without being over bearing, a great assets to the store

First time shopping at Dreams and was very pleasantly surprised. Salesperson was very helpful but not oppressive, she was always available to answer any questions we had and nothing was too much trouble, selecting the right mattress is important and she was respectful of that, we were encouraged take our time, there was no rush to make a decision and everything was explained in detail. We would certainly return to this Dreams store in the future.
