The shop assistant was extremely helpful and assisted me during my visit. Really happy with the service

Assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful with a great variety of beds to choose from.

We were allowed to look at every thing on show until we narrowed down to a couple of items . Then when we were ready we were given expert advice on the item that we required .

The service was very friendly and the testing process very good. We easily and quickly found the one for us

from the moment we entered the store, we was greeted and kindly given every assistance required with our purchase. The sales assistant, Laura, could not have been more helpful or kind to our requirements, even offering us a drink which we grateful accepted,the customer Service given was above and beyond any experience I have had before, I would recommend a 10 out of 10 for Laura and the service we received, we only went for a mattress but with the knowledge given to us for our sleep needs, ended up buying a full package costing over £4,000 which we deservedly needed, justified by us, as our 43 year wedding anniversary present to ourselves. Revenue highly deserved for your company by the professionalism of your Staff. I will highly recommend your company to everyone I can.

Paul the salesman was extremely helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for. He was very friendly and smiling. He offered coffee and hot chocolate and water.we had a very good time.
