The assistant, Paula, ( at Coypool Bus. Pk. branch, Plymouth ) was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Very professional the staff new their products. We were shown a range of products , with a good technical description of the difference between mattresses. It was a pleasure to shop in your store . We would highly recommend a visit by friends should they be looking for a mattress . It was reassuring that the products in store were made in the U.K. apart from one which was made in Denmark 🇩🇰 .

Received first class customer service from Paul at the Plympton, Plymouth store. Friendly, great product knowledge and felt like a valued customer. I came away feeling confident and excited about the mattress I purchased.

The lady that served me was very helpful explained the benefits of the bed and mattress and left me to try out the bed she told me where she would be if I required any more assistance I did not feel pressured to buy at any time. Just how I like to shop.
