I was approached promptly and in a friendly way by staff upon arrival and guided to the bed assessment tool, before being shown the different beds which would best suit my sleeping preferences. I found it positive and refreshing that staff actively encouraged considering spending less, if the right mattress would suit my needs better. This ultimately led me to feel confident to invest more in the product. Thanks to the Plymouth team! :)

STAFF friendly and polite very helpful to our needs.

Laura was extremely helpful, and friendly. Mum is disabled and Laura could not have helped more. She also spoke to mum to her face, which alot of people do with someone in a wheelchair.

I had a budget and the lady found me a bed in that price range really nice woman she didn't judge either

I haven’t bought a new bed for a few years, and was looking for an adjustable one ,and my daughter bought one recently in this store which she is very satisfied with. The computer suggested a choice of mattresses and after trying them I chose one that was comfortable ( I was also given a pillow to take with me) Laura was very knowledgeable about all the products and I eventually bought a frame and mattress. Arranged a delivery date ( I only had to wait a couple of weeks). I paid the extra for the bed to be installed, and the old one taken away.

The staff where very knowledgeable and understanding with my children nothing was to much effort. And you can tell all staff work well as a team

Very pleased with our assistant and the service we received. Made it so easy to select our product and left to discuss, very good knowledge from the sales assistant.

I spoke with Paul in the Plymouth branch who was really knowledgeable and helped me with the selection of my new bed. I had previously visited a competitor store close by and had walked out as the customer service had been terrible and so unhelpful so to my relief I found someone who understood my needs and concerns I had with purchasing as Ottoman bed
