Lovely pleasant and helpful staff never rushed she was very patient with us.

Staff friendly, knowledgeable and gave us options and time and space to make a decision

The lady who served us ( unfortunately I can not remember her name) was very very good, knowledgeable but not pushy, gave us choices and also let us try out all the choices again and let us decide before coming back to see if we are ok. Not constantly pushing for a sale. One of the best sales experiences I have ever had in any type of store when spending a significant amount of money. What a great ambassador to your company. Please pass on both mine and my wife’s thanks. Just hoping that the mattress is as good as it felt in store and as good as the service we received.

Assistance from Jane was superb, she was able to advise us on aspects of our purchase which we had not even thought about. Availability of products were excellent and we were even suprised how quickly we would be able to get our purchase.
