Staff were friendly, knowledeable, put us at ease, honest and no rush to make any decisions. They gave us clear advice on choice and options and made sure we got military discount, even though we did not know it was available when they found out I was in the Services. In sum truly excellent customer service.

From the minute my daughter and I entered dreams in Plymouth we were made welcome by Paul. He was very polite and not once was I made to feel under pressure to buy. His knowledge was vast,and took time to explain technology. Paul also made us a hot drink. Excellent service, Excellent,well done Paul,a very pleasant bed buying experience.. Thank you.

I'm highly satisfied as I will be getting a bed for my kids and its good to know it should be decent bed frame. I was shown a similar frame to the one I ordered since the one I wanted wasn't in store. Its good to be able to see mattress samples so I could make a decision to pick the better quality mattress compared to what I was originally gonna order. The staff was really good. Answered my questions and was really helpful and friendly.

I was greeted by Jacob who was very helpful and polite. He offered me a pillow to try with the sleep match machine. I was also offered a drink of water whilst placing my order.

Very knowledgeable and efficient

After visiting another bed store and getting next to no customer service we walked into Dreams and were immediately greeted by Paul who was wearing a face mask, he asked all the right questions including our names which he used throughout our visit, he made us feel he had all the time in the world and showed great interest, my daughter tried out the mattress measuring machine (sorry not sure what it’s called!) and Paul made his recommendations from there after asking what our budget was, he really could not have been more helpful or reassuring. We sat down to finalise our purchase after making our choice and we’re given a hot chocolate each, we felt safe behind the glass on the desk and Paul cleaned the card machine before handing it to me to complete my purchase.
