Amazing experience, the staff both knew everything you could want to know. Both staff members did everything they could to help both myself and my girlfriend. Both staff members worked very closely with us to ensure we got the best deal we could. Amazing experience from start to finish, very very satisfied!

Great customer service

Very knowledgeable staff member (Laura) and very accommodating during our visit. Nothing was too much trouble. Spent quite a while trying various mattresses and pillow and didn’t feel that we were being rushed. A pleasurable experience where the sales staff were in no way pushy.

Attentive and knowledgeable staff, the sleep machine is brilliant. The sales person was patient but around when we needed her. Complimentary water was appreciated. Quick paperwork process and the assistant didn’t mind it taking her past her finish time. Good banter with and between staff.

Jane's help and advice was fantastic. We where given different options of beds that where the most suited to us. Her friendly approach was a refreshing change to the usual salesperson. We got to pick our delivery date which was a must for us as we are moving house. The overall service was absolutely amazing. I would recommend dreams to anyone.
