The lady who served us was highly knowledgeable about the products being sold. She was friendly, not pushy and let us spend time trying the beds out before reaching a decision. We were very impressed so much so we purchased a mattress straight away and spent more money than we had envisaged we would spend.

Truly pleasurable shopping experience..

I knew exactly what I wanted, and the lovely saleslady was able to immediately show me the best mattresses to meet my needs, and explain the differences between them. she allowed me to take all the time I needed testing them out. she was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I was immensely grateful that she made no attempt to sell me something else, which so many salespersons do (usually overstocks!).

I was welcomed when I got in the door I was offered a tea or coffee I was able to try the sleep bed to let me know , I was shown around the different mattress very happy with the service
