We were offered help choosing and looking at beds but without someone being overly attentive which made the experience pleasant. The sales person was knowledgeable and gave us time to choose.

Jane was brilliant helping us find the right items to suit us but not being pushy and leaving us to it with no pressure

Not pressured as soon as we entered your shop, then after a minute or two a friendly assistant greeted us, took us to your test bed, then proceeded to show and knowledgeably explain 6 different beds, then offered us a tea/coffee, and left us alone to retry various beds. The whole experience was an enjoyable one, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Paula helped with the bed choosing using the new technology & provided lots of options and free time to decide.

From the moment I entered the store I was treated as a valued customer. Paul had a very pleasant manner and intoduced me to the machine that assesses what type of mattress that would be best for me. This was something I had not experienced before. I was most impressed. He then showed me the range of mattresses suited to my particular needs and diagnosis. There were several that I tried and selected one that I know will be just right for me. Paul was knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all my questions. I was impressed by the actions rtaken to keep myself and the staff safe. I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee. (Pleased that a disposable glove was used to handle my cip) I was very impressed with the way I was looked after and as it was my first visit to Dreams I am confident that they will be my first port of call for a bed/mattress etc in the future. The staff were not pushy and were very friendly, they were very knowledgeable about what kind of bed to advise for us.

The store colleague that helped us was highly knowledgable, extremely personable, friendly and went the extra mile to help us during our visit in store. All our needs were met.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service and choice at the store, staff were polite, helpful and professional. Although staff also knowledgeable I spent a bit of time choosing between 3 similar products. Having more choice was great and in the end was helpful as I went for the middle of the tree different mattresses, this however also gave me too much choice-but only because of my indecisiveness! Thank you

Great range of products at an affordable price. No pushy staff wanting sales that follow you around and they were all very helpful and friendly. The bed you try out which matches you to the right mattress is a really good idea and well worth a try.
