Julie who served us seemed knowledgable, approachable and there was no hard sell. She just told us about the products, answered any questions we had and then let us spend time coming to a decision.

The sales lady, Jane, at Dreams in Plymouth, was very professional, friendly, attentive to my wife and I, and courteous, giving us just the right amount of space to consider our options. There was no hard sell, just consideration and confidence in the quality of the range on offer

Laura who served us was most helpful and advised us to use the Sleepmatch machine to get suggestions on which mattress would suit our requirements. She was very knowledgeable about the products, offered us pillows to try and drinks. We did not feel rushed at all and Laura answered all our questions & explained everything clearly about our order and delivery, making our visit to the Plympton store a very pleasant experience.

The lady that attended to us was very nice new all about the beds nothing was to much trouble , she was very patient .

We had a customer service helper called Lauren (works in Barnstable but was covering a shift in Plymouth). She was so down to earth and honest, gave us time to decide what we needed and helped us to find what we needed. She had great knowledge of all store products and took time not just explaining them to us, she helped us to understand the difference between certain materials and what would work better for us.
