Staff very helpful and accommodating. We knew exactly what we wanted and although the exact product was not in store we ordered it with option to change it within 30 days (medium to firmer). Product will be delivered exactly when we want it. Glad also for free pillows with the mattress and removal service for the old one

Couldn't be easier, super friendly and helpful staff who spent time making sure we had best value for money with a great product.

the assistant was with us all the way through,he was extremly helpful offered us coffee and water whilst we waited,very very pleased with the attention we received and awaiting our bed soon

The customer service from the sales agent, Laura, was excellent.

Paula was a massive help from the beginning to the end of our visit to the shop, helping us understand the mattresses that would be best for us, as well as suggesting different options. This highlighted to me how well she had listened to what we were looking for and understood our needs. On top of this she then spent time with us understanding and recommending pillows that would compliment what we required, which we are over the moon with now we have them. I couldn't be happier with my experience and appreciate the time spend with us (over 2 hours in the end) and will be recommending not only the store but Paula to everybody I know!

We visited 2 stores on the 24/4/21 in Plymouth & Plympton. At both the staff were really helpful, and really supported our needs in choosing our next mattresses. The stores are well laid out, with a great range I’d products to try out at the Plympton store. I could not fault the visit, from introductions to purchase, excellent all round!

Friendly and helpful staff , more than willing to answer our questions at any time.

The expertise was brilliant the mattresses were all explained various price ranges were shown and we were given as much time as we needed to make our decision no pressure was added.

Spoke to Paul who was very helpful, as the item was not available to take away Paul was able to check availability and delivery date.

My mother and I went into the Plympton store on Wednesday the 21st April 2020 at around 5pm and were instantly greeted by a lovely gentleman named Paul, he was attentive and asked questions and he really knew a lot and was amazingly helpful and he was also very friendly, which was great. It was my first time buying a mattress myself and he made it very easy and made me feel confident in my choices, he showed me a range of products and helped me narrow it down and choose the absolute perfect mattress for me. I would highly recommend choosing Dreams for any bed or mattress needs and I have told pretty much everyone about my amazing experience.
