There was a friendly greeting on entering the store with hand sanitizer available for customers use. As my husband was having leg problems, at that time, I thought the concern of the salesperson was exceplary when trying out the different mattresses which had been selected by the computer in store. Jane the sales assistance at the Plympton, Plymouth branch was very helpful with all enquiries made by us and options available to us, for example our old mattress could be taken away by the delivery men plus other things available to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to my friends and family.

Jane the sales assistance at the Plympton, Plymouth branch was very helpful with all enquiries made by us and options available to us, for example our old mattress could be taken away by the delivery men plus other things available to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to my friends and family.

Very friendly & professional service, we were not made to feel uncomfortable when trying out the mattress’s. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products & she knew what she was talking about. My husband & I came away assured we had made the right decision with choosing the mattress. On entering your Plymouth branch we were greeted by Paula who instantly was very welcoming without being over powering. After being allowed to browse at our own comfort we then welcomed Paula's assistance and proceeded to tell her our thoughts and requests for a brand new bed and mattress. After showing us numerous suitable beds we then got fitted for a mattress on their in store fancy computer fitting system which helped us narrow down our choices. We soon found a suitable mattress and a bed we fell I love with, so much so we ended up buying 2 bedside tables and the matching blanket box to go with it. All in all, both my wife and I were extremely happy with our experience at Dreams and especially the helpful and personal service from Paula who literally couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend
