Athena was real lovely and welcome and help me with all I need to know about the bed I was haveing . The internet was the problem it was down and slow. Athena was was patient and got it sorted . Iam happy to go back to Dreams again and will tell my friends and family what a good experience it was.

Was welcomed and greeted politely upon arrival, the assistance took time to listen to our requirements and the issues we have been facing and came up with an perfect solution. Easy to talk to, the process was quick and hassle free and managed to get a delivery date that suited us perfectly.

Although the staff were highly professional, it is not made clear that there is an extra 10% discount available for service personnel. Had this information been more readily available I would have been completely satisfied with a purchase.
