It was very good but constant offer of drinks was a bit annoying but Harry was great and if we get what we ordered on time we'll be very happy.

I called in and identified the products I liked and asked for a delivery date - I was told last couple of weeks in April. I texted my wife to confirm that she agreed with the purchases. She did agree but about a 3/4 hour had elapsed. When I returned to the store and placed the order I was informed that earliest delivery would be 9 May! I explained to the salesman that this was very disappointing as we had friends visiting on 30/31 April. He advised there was nothing he could do - I asked him to at least try with a telephone call or email... he consulted his store manager and both said there was nothing they could do!

That is almost impossible

Everything was excellent, including the wonderful staff, but the delivery time of the item was going to take too long. Thus was outside of the staff control and they gave us honest and detailed information regarding the delivery and how it would happen.

Cost of mattress for adjustable bed beyond our budget, not offered terms.which we could have considered Only one alternative mattress (foam) shown as take or leave. Need a few nights to consider our purchase.
