The salesman was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Didn’t pressurize and gave option to confirm our requirements by phone after we had checked measurements at home.

Carol was so welcoming to store , we wanted an ottoman bed due to downsizing to an appartment . She showed us every ottoman bed , very knowledgable & went out if her way to help us . Matt tte stire manager was also super friendly . A very nice shop . Won’t go anywhere else now . Best bed store in Preston .

Very friendly helpful staff. Not pushy or overbearing very chilled

We were looked after extremely well by Carol and Matt in the Preston store. We were offered a brew or cold drink, and they went out of their way to find me exactly what I was looking for. The delivery options were fantastic we were able to have it delivered at the time we wanted to fit around the delivery of our new carpet which is perfect (waiting time at other stores was weeks and months!) I left the shop on a high for what was probably the best shopping experience I have had in very long time. Thank you to both of them

I have visited dreams in the past for a bed and mattress and i had a good experience and loved the bed. When the time came that i needed a new bed i didnt really consider anywhere else, i just got in the car and drove over. The staff are friendly and passionate about beds, they show interest in your life and matching you to the product thats right for you. The next time i need a bed its highly likely i will return to Dreams. Cheers, cant wait for my delivery date. CJ
