i hd previously ordered from Dreams and the guys in the shop found what i have previoulsy bought so i could buy the items again.

Very friendly experienced team, no pushy sales, just sound advise of the products and what would suit us best. Lead time for delivery of order was excellent (expected to wait longer). Free delivery of order was welcome plus the option to remove our old mattress. Very impressed with Dreams and will use again as and when needed.

Mike and Ian both took plenty of time to listen to what we were looking for and our concerns. They helped us get the best value for money for our price range. They recommended what would deals would work out better for us in terms of price.

Ian made the whole experience very straight forward and quick. The sleep smart technology is a fantastic idea for finding the right mattress for us.

Firstly, Michael was helpful helpful in answering all of my questions and providing additional information he thought was needed in order to make an informed decision regarding mattresses and bed frames. Secondly, the store had what I was looking for regarding the price and suitability. In addition, the process was quick and simple.

We were served by Carol and Mike. Carol was very attentive to our needs from the minute we walked in the door. She was very friendly and efficient. While she was serving us we also saw Mike kept sanitising beds and mattresses frequently from time to time, which made us feel safe.
