Great service, friendly atmosphere. Ian was very knowledgeable and allowed me to browse whilst being on hand to answer all my questions. Extremely helpful and felt very Covid safe.

Your assistant Carol was most helpful as we didn't quite know just what we wanted. We were shown all the product varieties and used the Test Bed! Further encouragement was given for us to test the beds and pillows! Carol explained everything but left us to decide. Having made our choice she continued to give more detail of the chosen products and we were quite excited by the visit. Thank you Carol!

I had done my homework on your website. So I knew which bed and frame I wanted but after a good talk with Ian and the use of the test bed we had completely changed our minds and went along with Ian’s recommendations even though this exceeded our budget. A very knowledgeable chap with a pleasant manner.

We absolutely loved the sleepmatch option. Ian who was our help is very kind and answered all of our questions. Everything went really quick and we can't wait for our new mattress to be delivered this week.
