Very satisfied, Bill the salesman showed us the full range of mattresses that where suitable to our requirements. At no time did we feel under any pressure to buy any particular one in fact we bought one that was on offer and having slept on it are really pleased with it.

My boyfriend and I were not actually aiming to purchase but just have a look. The product we found was so wonderful we ended up buying. This was mainly down to the wonderful sales man Ian. He spent his time with us and we were so satisfied we ended up buying then and there.

Matthew was very welcoming when we entered the store and took plenty of time to explain everything through to us. He took us over to the sleepmatch machine to find the right mattress for us. He explained the different mattress’ available and took us round to them in store. Once we decided on a mattress he then asked us about what style of bed we wanted to purchase. Overall, he provided great customer service to us and this was a big factor in us wanting to purchase from dreams as well as being told about the products we were purchasing. Matthew is a great employee at Dreams in Blackburn! Keep up the great work!
