The staff member in store called Matt helped us. He was great and showed us the bed match technology before showing us a range of beds. We eventually chose one and have now purchased and are waiting delivery.

The lady helping us had a good knowledge of the products - was friendly and dealt with our needs perfectly.

The sales person was very approachable, friendly and a SMILE. New what he was talking about, answered our questions very well, gave us space, no added pressure, more sales person should be like him.

Iain the Dreams representative had excellent knowledge of the beds and mattresses. He spent time with us and allowed us time to walk around. Iain would alway come and check in on us every so often so we didn’t have to go looking for him. He was very pleasant, professional and friendly. Fabulous customer service given. Will be recommended him to friends and family in the near future.

I receive excellent customer service throughout my visit, Ian was friendly and helpful. I actually found the bed that I thought I wanted online, but when I came to the store, I changed my mind. I am very happy with my choice. After previously purchasing a Dreams bed; I know how well made they are and how long they last.

A very satisfying visit, the member of staff was excellent in his advice in selecting a new mattress following the problems we are having with our present one. First class visit.

Sales assistant was pleasant, knowledgable and very helpful. The store inside was bright, clean and had lots of choice. The only comment is that when we parked at the front of the building, you would have thought it was closed as the windows were dark and not welcoming.
