Our shopping experience was faultless. We were shopping for a mattress for our youngest son who is 12, your member of staff was excellent with both him and us.

understood what i wanted and was very knowledgeable on products was offered a drink and greeted when entering the store i knew what i wanted after looking up on line so just needed to see the items and check measurements this was done with ease by the shop assistant

I have ordered the Flaxby natures finest mattress (not yet delivered), and after trying every mattress in 4 bed stores I had to return to this one. Although it was far far out of my budget, nothing else compared! The 3years 0% interest free finance was a savour as the expense of a new mattress wasn’t foreseen for quite some time. Ian dealt with my fussiness with patience and good humour from the beginning and went above and beyond to make me happy. I really am a more awkward version of Goldilocks and he helped me find my perfect bed! I can’t wait for my Flaxby to arrive and finally get a good nights sleep
