Matt was extremely helpful in offering my options for my budget, helping me understand the sleep tests and in explaining everything as it was my first time buying a mattress.

The lady who served us was called Carol she was absolutely lovely and a great help to us! She helped me find the best mattress for me and helped me with my order.

Was attended respectfully, got asked about my preference. Was helped to choose a list of mattress types via computer and given a chance to check all options provided by the computer. Finally Was explained in detail about warranty and on ordering Was given a close date of delivery after confirming with me.

The salesperson Liam was highly professional & helpful. Full product knowledge & understanding of my needs. Thorough with T & C s. I purchased because the salesperson was full engaged in sale.
