A great experience from start to finish. Bill was very helpful and did a great job at explaining my options and getting the various price options I requested. Also Matts product knowledge was fantastic. All in all I'd definitely recommend Dreams friends and family. Thanks for all your help.

Ian was very helpful and walked us through all the options. He was very knowledgeable and we completed our order for a double and king mattresses there and then without the need to look elsewhere.

Bill was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. Bill wasn’t pushy and was able to answer all queries we had. We were very happy with the sleep machine and how that was able to guide our mattress choices. The mattresses available within the suggestions were all suitable. All in all a very positive and smooth experience. Couldn’t recommend Bill’s service or the store highly enough.
