I was greeted by Veronica and she was so helpful, friendly.

Greeted when entered the store. Suggested trying the mattress machine. Then shown suitable beds. Penny was not pushy answered questions knowledgeably and left us to browse and come to decision without hassling us. Gave us a quote and then we ordered the following day

Veronica the lady who served us on our visit today was absolutely wonderful to deal with. All of our questions she answered with ease and she was extremely patient with us. We have been to so many competitors this weekend and have found the dreams customer service by far the best. Veronica was not pushy and she did not try to bully us into a sale like other competitors have previously tried to do. She was knowledgeable, kind and extremely welcoming. No question was too big or small. We will definitely be back when furnishing our other bedroom.

The staff invested a lot of time in us and gave us the right amount of time to explain their products as well as giving us time to try them out for ourselves. The staff manager Steve in particular was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Penny in your Reading store was extremely helpful. We used your automatic system for selecting the best mattress to suit us.

Because Veronica listened waited and responded when needed we never felt pressured and cam eto this store ask we had spoken with her but remained undecided before.

We saw Penny at your Reading Store after Penny returned our call that we made the previous Saturday after we had left a message,which we apricated very much as very few people get back to you these day`s.When asked for Penny at the store we could not have wished for anyone better,as we had a great sales experience,Penny lisened to what we wanted and put at ease and let us try various Bed`s and made us a drink and spent time with us and explained the Benefit`s of dealing with Dream`s,and because of Penny we did not go elsewhere as we deal with people and Penny is a Credit to Dream`s

Ollie in the Reading store was excellent. He was very knowledgable, polite and professional. He is a real asset to you.
