Penny staff member was very friendly as was another colleague who helped show me how to lower the ottoman bed after it was raised. Nothing was too much trouble and the range of beds to choose from was very impressive compared to another bed shop. I love the staff at Dreams. Helpful without being in your face & everything is explained clearly without undue pressure being put on you.

Penny could relate to solving a problem selecting the right bed for my frail mum.

Oliver the assistant in the Reading store couldn't have done more for us. He was helpful, friendly but not pushy in any way and helped us make the right decision regarding our new mattress.
