Penny was really helpful. We had no idea what type of bed or mattress we wanted/needed but Penny was very personable and knowledgeable and helped us order what we hope will be our perfect bed.

The sales lady was very knowledgeable, very helpful, not at all pushy & generally a very nice person.

WE only went into look at beds but ending up doing the purchase at the time as the staff were very helpful but not pushy they gave us all the information and offered us coffee as we had to wait a few minutes to arrange our order it was a excellent service and steve was very helpful at the reading branch

Friendly helpful staff (penny) answered all my questions and gave us time to look and discuss between ourselves but ready to help, when needed. Demonstrate the beds opening and explained about the mattress options. Offered us coffee while ordering, a slight problem with the computer which added to the time spent taking the order, but that was apologised for, and was not a bit issue. Very pleased with our visit and the customer service.

The store itself is clean and comfortable. The lady who helped us, Veronica, was extremely. We were assisted in the Reading store number 937.

We were very happy with Oliver who looked after us,he couldn't have been no more helpful than he was.we have experienced bad service from else where in the past,but he put our minds at rest and we felt very comfortable.so thankyou to him.if all your staff are like him,then a big thankyou to your company for training them all well.it was a pleasure to go shopping for a bed or mattress at your store.thankyou again for your help a very pleased customer.
