We felt that Oliver was superb he didnt hurry us was kind knew his beds. We are over 70 but feel he was outstanding. You should make sure you keep him.

From the minute we entered the shop Claire was so friendly and helpful. We even had a cup of tea! Her knowledge about the products were very good and the process went so smoothly from trying out the mattresses to make a decision and purchase the product. Also chuffed that it gets delivered next week already, perfect timing for us.

We were not at all sure about which product would be suitable for us. We had the undivided attention of the assistant Oliver who took great care to advise us.

Both Steve and Veronica at the Reading store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and able to duly assist with our purchase. Veronica’s customer service was excellent and gave us adequate time on our own to make up our mind on which mattress to choose. She joined us when we had a query and then left us to mull things over. Very helpful and understanding.

Oliver was excellent - friendly professional and knowledgeable. A real asset to your store.
