Dreams - Reading

Veronica, who assisted us, was extremely helpful in sorting out a significant problem we encountered in moving from the US to the UK because of the differences in bed sizes and configurations. She was wonderfully patient in explaining the options available to us for replacing 2 beds we had to discard upon arrival because they were too large to be conveyed upstairs. Owing to her advice, we feel confident that we have purchased comfortable and quality replacement beds.

Penny was very friendly. We were greeted with a genuine smile. She took the time to understand our needs through different questions. I'm a restless sleeper and she suggested the type of mattress that would suit both my wife and I. She explained how the tempur mattresses work and had the patience of a saint as we tried all of the mattresses that the sleep match recommended to us. Her first suggestion after this was perfect and was the one we went on to buy. All questions were answered thoroughly and we left well informed and happy with our purchases.

Veronica in the Reading store was very helpful and friendly. She helped me find the kind of bed I was looking for and was very informed about them. She was also very helpful regarding the delivery booking. There were a wide range of beds available to look at which really helped narrow it down and the store was nicely laid out.

Very friendly approachable assistant was immediately available to help us. Gave advice and sorted out the exact date for delivery that we required.

We were served by Veronica who spent a long time discussing our needs and picking the right mattresses for us to try. She wasn’t pushy at all and was very knowledgable and helpful, it made our purchase very easy and left us feeling safe that we made the right purchase.
