I visited your Reading store for the first time and was immediately impressed with cleanliness and the beds and mattresses on display. I was then approached by a member of your team who I have to say was a credit to you I wish I could remember her name. She was so friendly and helpful I explained what I was looking for. She gave me great feedback on the particular mattresses that I was after and had a wealth of knowledge. I was also very impressed with the speediness of the delivery. Over all a very happy customer and I would definitely recommend your store and particularly your extremely helpful employee who made the experience even better.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

One of your colleagues at Reading branch Steve was so kind and helpful. He gave us good recommendation for mattresses, also gave us plenty of time to try all the mattresses, and then placed our orders quickly and accurately. During our visit he spoke to us friendlily which was pleasant time for us.
