Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly

The whole experience from using the mattress analyzer, looking at different bed frames, and the involvement of the staff, who were helpful and friendly, and allowed us some space to make choices, while still being on hand if we needed them. Veronica, in particular, was excellent. She remembered us by sight when we came back the next day after going to check measurements. She was delightfully friendly and very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed.

Claire was knowledgable. She took the time to understand both mine and my partners needs and tried to come to a happy medium which we found.

I was dealt with by Veronica who was extremely helpful and efficient. Veronica talked me through all of the options and nothing was too much trouble. Both Veronica and her colleague offered tea/ coffee and the whole experience was easy and pleasant. Also prices were far better than places I had previously been quoted.
