The store was so good and catered my needs and budget. I am please with my new bed

Claire, the assistant who helped put me at ease immediately. I hadn’t bought a mattress in a long time and needed some assistance. She understood that I was well out of comfort zone and immediately put me at ease. Great service

As soon as we entered the store and looked around someone approached us to help. They understood what we were looking for and showed us appropriate options. The person answered all our questions and assisted us until we found something that was just right.

The sales assistant was helpful but not pushy. We found what we liked but wanted to double check elsewhere as this was the first store we visited. After seaching two other stores we decided the Bed and Mattress was best in the Dreams store taking comfort and price into consideration

We had a guy called Ollie, as I work I the service industry I appreciate customer service, but Ollie took it to another a level with his well mannered, knowledgeable, friendly approach! Took us through everything I needed to know for a first time buyer! Honestly I can not fault his service, some of the best customer service I have ever had! 10/10

I had researched what I wanted prior to going to the store. The sales assistant was very helpful in that she listened to what I had researched, showed me the products ( or an equivalent) and then completed the sales process clearly and speedily. She was very friendly and as it was a hot day, I was offered a bottle of water as it was warm in the store..

Store easily accessible, salesperson friendly and approachable but not pushy. Easy process of sale, exactly the bed I wanted at a good price.
