Once the staf at the shop found out our requirements, they helped with the best selection and value for money. Also as provdied own transport helped in the loading and wrapping of the mattress for transporting Whe out of their way to help

Offered assistance by Veronica who was very knowledgeable. Demonstrated every bed that fitted our needs. Explained fabrics and headboard designs. Veronica explained delivery and said we could push delivery back if we needed to. Double checked our order twice for us. Gave us assistance but was not pushy.

Good range of products to sample and Oliver was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable, he get 10/10

We bought exactly what we wanted. The lady who served us (Veronica) was cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient. She showed us all the recommended mattresses and then gave us the time to make our choice by ourselves. Just what we needed!

Very helpful shop assistant

Claire helped me immediately. No waiting. She amused my toddler whilst my sleep was assessed. She made everything super easy & I felt really cared for. She reminded me about duvet, pillows & mattress protector (which i’d forgotten!) she was easy to chat to & even helped me carry my purchases out to my car so I didn’t have to struggle with the buggy. I can’t believe it was all so easy to do!

The sales assistant knew where the bed that I wanted to look at was in the store. She offered me all the options available. Very pleased with he customer service she gave me.
