The assistant was very polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ordering was easy and everything double checked.

I was served by a lady called Veronica in your Reading store. She was really helpful and the machine you use to assess the right mattress for me was a fantastic tool. I haven't needed to purchase a mattress before, so didn't know where to start. Veronica and the machine were very helpful in steering me in the right direction.

Highly personal service provided by Veronica, who took time to listen and understand our needs and requirements for our ideal mattress Used technology as a starting point (adaptable mattress) but based on her experience and what we were saying, shortlisted 3 mattresses which all were meritable

Veronica could not have been more helpful. She was one her own and dealing with another customer, but managed to keep us both happy. Here product knowledge was excellent.

Veronica was most helpful, we went with details of a bed we had bought from Dreams 15 years ago and though this was not longer available, she was able to direct us to something very similar. She was also able to advise us re forthcoming sales offers and said she would throw in a pair of pillows if we placed our order.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked what we were looking for. We just wanted to have a look before engaging in any detailed conversation and this was appreciated highly. We were told which ones were certain firmness and left to go on our way. Once we decided which one we liked we were again greeted with enthusiasm. Great experience from start to finish.
