The staff made themselves known when we entered the store but allowed us time to look around until we needed some questions answered. They were very pleasant and answered all our questions after which we placed the order which did not take up a lot of time but everything was made clear.

The staff in the shop were very knowledgable and friendly. Was shown several different products and was able to try them out before purchasing. The shop had a good selection of products and was nicely presented

Penny was fantastic in showing me how the products work (sofa beds) and even entertained my grumpy toddler whilst I pondered over which one to buy! She was able to demonstrate how each one worked, and was great when helping me with measurements. Not forceful with sales tactics, just a genuine person helping someone look at sofa beds. On the day I visited there was a large fire at another store within the same retail park. Penny was great at answering customers queries about what had happened, especially seeing as the store was Pets at Home and naturally the concern was for the animals. When I came to pay via finance, my credit check didn't go through for some strange reason. Penny was great at providing other solutions, and also told me what to do about the failed credit check. The store had a heating problem that day (too stuffy inside the store!) and she made sure that my son and I were offered drinks throughout our visit as to not become dizzy / dehydrated. Overall the visit didn't feel like a chore or hassle due to the kind and genuine personalities of its sale staff (Reading store). Would absolutely buy from Dreams again on my experience that day. We were greated as soon as we arrived in store and offered help without feeling pressured. Veronica from Reading was extremely helpful and very patient as we had two kids with us. She was very helpful with choosing our mattresses and wasn’t at all pushing when we said we didn’t want to pay too much. We were very pleased with the service and offered drinks several times. Very friendly and we would definitely recommend your store

Penny, the Dreams representative was extremely helpful during our selection, clearly explaining differences in each product. Not only was she helpful with the products Penny was very attentive with our 1 year old son while we were trying different beds, my wife and I felt confident that he was in safe hands. A positive experience.
