Always a pleasure to purchase anything from the dreams store and Reading gate, the staff are always friendly and happy to help they really do know there stuff. Both myself and girlfriend have purchased mattresses from this store in the last 2 years and cannot fault. I went for the 0% finance option which is perfect for spreading out the cost of a purchase and the advisor was more than happy to go through everything required, ensuring all information on the application was correct. Staff are so helpful, and told us all about the product and the right prices. It was not easy if we haven’t been told specially the pricing. Staff are there when you have question. They are very attentive, even when the place are so busy.
