Dreams - Reading

Veronica was lovely, she understood our needs and knew what we were looking for. She was happy to give us time to have a look around and return when we were ready. She never pushed us into buying anything, it was all on our terms. She knew her products well, informing us of each product. A very happy lovely lady and is a credit to dreams for having her.

Assistant, Claire, was excellent. Genuinely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She was not at all pushy which went down well. This was at the Reading store.

We were able to get sizes of beds, dates for delivery very quickly and efficiently Staff very helpful and knew their products without being overbearing We were made aware of options and benefits possible Clear quick simple discussions

Lady that serviced was extremely pleasant not only helpful and has good product knowledge, just a lovely human!!

Penny advised us on the different firmness of the mattresses and was able to give first hand experience about the comfort of the mattresses we chose as she owns one of the same brand herself.

Veronica was very helpful, knowledgeable, understood my wife’s back issue and suggested good options for us . It was a pleasure to be served by her , caring, sincere , professional, accommodating. This is how customer service and support should work . We cannot rate her more highly !
