Veronica was extremely helpful, friendly, competent and not intrusive. She let us make up our mind without pushing to sell and she was knowledgeable about the products. The store was well kept and all the colleagues were friendly and relaxed. Alex was very helpful in getting the mattress in our car.

The layout of the store made it easy to find the perfect mattress and the opportunity to test them out, the staff were very helpful and informative and explained to us what the differences were between each mattress we tried. Also it was nice to be offered a drink while we were placing our order, very friendly staff.
