The assistant (Veronica) was very helpful and not pushy. She made sensible suggestions which showed she was listening to what we were saying.

Ability to discuss the requirements and being shown options. Penny who assisted us was knowledgeable and took time to understand and answer questions. Penny didn't put us under any pressure and gave us time and space to think. When we decided the ordering process was simple and quick. Normally I wouldn't purchase immediately, however, the overall experience was so positive that I was confident in the product and service.

We were greeted by Steve the stores manager who was very attentive. He let us get in with things until we needed his help later. I simply highly appreciated the fact that my girlfriend and I were not swamped as soon as we came in the store. He was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. Further to that this dreams store had the exact products we wanted which sat really we with us. Finally the purchasing process was quick, simple and easy. A truly pleasant shopping experience. Veronica was an absolute delight to be served by. She was personable, she knew her products and gave us space to decide. My 18 year old son commented that we had to give feedback because she was so nice! Thank you.

We entered the store 1 hour before closing and whilst the store was not too busy the customer service we reiceved was exceptional. Product knowledge was high and he was able to suggest good alternatives and explain in detail any differences and answer our questions.

Veronica at the reading store was very knowledgeable and was willing to spend her time to find what suited both myself and my partners needs, showing us numerous pillows, mattresses and frames. Made our trip to dreams enjoyable and insightful.
