The assistant was very friendly and very helpful. It was a cold day and we were given a cup of tea which was most welcome. There was a large range of bases and mattresses and the assistant carefully explained all the possibilities that were available. We ordered two headboards and later cancelled the order for headboards and again this was carried out in a very friendly and efficient way. Thank you.

The bed is what I wanted and the customer service provided by Veronica was second to none. She I a credit to your company.

The sales assistant was very knowledgable, listened to what I needed the bed for and gave me good advice. I asked for her opinion and she was happy to be honest with me about an apsect of the bed I was purchasing whilst not being pushy or persuasive. I didn't feel like there was any 'hard sell'.

Me and my boyfriend came into the store to do some window shopping and research into what kind of bed we would like, with no intention of buying at the time. The employees there were helpful without being intrusive, making sure that we were taken care of without being overbearing and answering our questions helpfully. After taking a look at some of the offers, including the clearance mattresses, we decided that we did wish to purchase a bed at the time, and after providing us with refreshments the person who took care of our order (Claire) was also incredibly clear and helpful. We were taken through all payment options, such as finance, and provided with plenty of delivery dates before settling on one. overall it was a highly satisfying experience, with both the stock and sale options available, and the customer service being highly commendable, would definitely come back or recommend to a friend.

I received exceptional customer service from Veronica who was friendly, helpful and really took the time to understand my needs and show me the appropriate mattresses for my price range and preferences. When I returned later and placed my order she was again very helpful, courteous and efficient.

Good sales assistance - non pushy, gave plenty of friendly advice

this is a significant value purchase and a comfortable bed is an essential item in my house to fulfil a sense of wellbeing . The staff at Dreams were very good indeed , giving us knowledgable advice and answering questions fully. I have associated Dreams with pushy sales people trying to "up sell" to the most expensive product in the past but that has changed and you staff were just keen to make sure we purchased the right products for us .
