I had good customer service from a knowledgeable member of staff who really helped me make a decision. I liked the range of products and consider them value for money

Quick and easy to do business, choice of products. Easily laid out by colours made it more efficient to find the type of mattress we were looking for

As soon as we arrived in the store an assistant approached us and asked if we needed any information. We decided to look around initially and once we found a bed that we was interested in we were able to ask for further information and ordered the product in store and was given a cup of tea whilst we went through the purchase procedure. Steven (assistant) took our order and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed and mattress so that we could make the correct choice for our needs.

I entered the store and immediately saw a display for what I was looking for - a pillow. There were ten different types on display and I was torn between two. The lady working there was very helpful - she offered good advice and watched over us but didn’t overly interject.

The lady who assisted us, Veroni, in deciding which mattress would be best was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The sales assistant Penny had a very good product knowledge, she was friendly and answered all our questions.

Excellent customer service- no pressure, lots of advice

The store assistant was knowledgable about the beds and knew exactly what we wanted without spending a fortune. We also didn’t want delivery until March, so Penny sorted this for me.

The assistant was both very friendly and very helpful. We had an idea what we would want and she was able to take that information and guide us to the most appropriate product. Our time in the store was kept to the minimum we needed to make the purchases, which suited us very much. We were not kept hanging around and neither was our stay extended unnecessarily, which was much appreciated. We walked out of the store very happy with our experience - thank you!
