Dreams - Reading

From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were friendly, helpful and willing to help us without being too pushy. We dealt with two members of staff and both were very knowledgable and able to describe the products in detail. I would not hesitate to purchase from Dreams again and would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Quick, clear and concise information about the range of different mattresses available in the store. We especially liked the colour coding of the mattresses which made things very clear to the customer. The staff proved to be knowledgable about the products, friendly yet professional with their sales approach and highly efficient, completing our order effortlessly. The whole sales experience was pleasant and comfortable, we are looking forward to our next visit to the store as prices were very competitive.

The sales assistant approached me as I entered the shop. She was friendly and helpful, she knew about the products and was instrumental in my choosing my new bed. All three ladies were chatty yet professional

The product was available to select also colour choice and material, The store assistant was very helpful and apologised for a problem with card machine not connecting.

Penny was outstanding. There was no pressure to buy, and she really knew her stuff. She was able to fully explain the differences between the mattresses, and rather than "selling" us a mattress, she guided us and allowed us to make the right choice for ourselves. The store was welcoming and staff where all friendly and great. All in all, it was a pleasure to buy from Dreams
