Very Good customer service Was not to pushy and understood what type of bed we needed

The sales lady was very helpful, friendly (as were the other staff) and we were offered a hot drink whilst we placed the order. They went to a great effort to ensure we had the product we wanted. I wish all shops gave such good friendly service.

Penny greeted us straight away and kept checking if we needed help. When asked for help she was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Helped us find our new bed and matress

Assistance provided was helpful, knowledgable, focused on providing best products for our specific needs - not just a desire to sell something/anything. Not pressurised but supported in purchase. Wide selection/options to choose from.

Customer service was excellent,I was even offered a mug of tea whilst looking at mattresses. Knowledge of product was great. Really satisfied and happy. Thanks.
