The Lady who look after was brilliant, very knowledgable and understanding to our needs and price range! Just a shame your prices are rather high!

Steve who served us was very helpful, he answered all questions asked clearly and promptly, helped with our selection and helped carry out our purchases to the car.

I have used the store before to purchase my last bed 9 years ago. As a returning customer, l was happy with my products and the level of support l received from the staff at Dreams Reading branch.

Penny assisted us in the store and she was brilliant. The right balance between friendliness and knowledge but not pushy. We looked at other stores but the service and choice at Dreams was easily the best.
