Dreams - Reading

The sales assistant (Penny) was extremely friendly and helpful, approaching us almost immediately as we entered the store asking what we required and how she could help us. She spent the time explaining each type of mattress and how they might be beneficial to us. She was patient whilst we tried out the mattresses numerous times and offered us drinks. She completed the purchase through with us when we returned the next day after considering our options. We haven't got any complaints and would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

The lady who helped us, Veronica, was a perfect salesperson. Not pushy, not trying to be our best friend, just gave us the facts, let us make our decision and then took our order with professionalism. Occasionally checking in with us while we were trying out the mattresses and being friendly and charming. We got the mattress during a sale, which always sweetens the deal, but Veronica also took some money off the pillows we purchased, only a token amount, but it all helps! I said at the time how good she was at dealing with us, and I couldn't be happier with how easy and painless she made the whole process. Thanks very much!

Very friendly staff. Claire approached us initially but then gave us time to look round, pointing out where we could find what we were looking for, with a lovely cup of tea.

Excellent service not harassed whilst looking aground the store the staff were very helpful and very polite also offered us a cup of tea very nice good old fashion service would recommend your store again the sales staff Claire very knowledgeable in what she was selling very good service all round thank you.
